Easy to use but poor customer service

PayPal credit is useful for certain purchases and very easy to use. However I'm very disappointed with their customer service in other areas. I had a dispute with what turned out to be a rogue trader/scam, but PayPal sided with them despite clear evidence of mal-practice. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

Makes investing easy

I wanted to start building up a stocks and shares ISA but found most providers difficult to deal with. Many other providers seemed to have too much paperwork, high fees or lacked a user friendly mobile app. Then I found Wealthify. It was so easy to set up and lacked none of the options I wanted. I'm really happy with the investment plans offered, especially because of the ethical fund options. The app is great to use and reliable. I also enjoy their regular newsletters with interesting articles, they're really useful for personal investors. Overall I've been really happy with Wealthify.
