User friendly interface, rapid customer service, and good returns

Excellent customer service experience - have waited at maximum maybe 5 minutes before being able to contact a service representative via the in-app chat function. Good returns on the investment over the period of a year (10%+). Easy to navigate app that lets me understand my investments and gains simply. Excellent all round product!
