No friction investing

I am a fairly new user of online savings and investment platforms, only just started last year. I really like how easy Wealthify makes it to start an investment pot, amend the amounts that I want to invest on a regular basis and what actually happens with the money. The user interface is very transparent, giving the right amount of information to the customer. I had to contact the customer service team once and received a prompt comprehensive response to my query. I actually like this platform so much that I encouraged my wife to start her own account and she was surprised by how easy it was! Who needs banks and buildings these days when you have Wealthify!
