pay in 3 glitch

I tried to use pay in 3 which I had used on many occasions but the verification of address screen didn't work - a glitch which couldnt be resolved at the time and so I didn't use it. Customer service with a bot was frustrating. Eventually a real person dealt with the problem by referring the glitch to the technical Dept. I hope I will be able to use pay in 3 next time I try.
