Good service, good performance

I've been with Wealthify since the early days. The performance on my portfolio has been steady and even through the pandemic seems to have coped well with the usual ups and downs in the market. Fees are sensible, especially compared to a traditional wealth manager and the online dashboard is a useful way to monitor your portfolio. Funds remitted do take a long time to get invested, which has always been a bugbear given BACS payments are near enough instantaneous these days however I do believe this is in the process of being improved. The customer service team have always been very responsive whenever I've had a query. I would like some alternative performance measures to be made available on the website/app as I find the averaged calc used to return some quite disingenuous results at times - e.g. a negative return when the portfolio is actually in profit. An IRR, for example, would be most welcome. The maintenance of various plans is extremely straightforward and I have multiple plans running. Some are for nieces and nephews so ultimately some way to transfer to another user on the platform once they come of age would be a welcome addition. Overall, I'm happy to recommend Wealthify to friends and family looking for an easy to access platform. Reviewed on: 18th January 2021
