My renewal with Policy Expert had gone up significan...

My renewal with Policy Expert had gone up significantly. After using a comparison site I called Policy Expert and they were able to better the other quotes I'd received. Annoying that the price had hiked in the first place, but I ended up with a premium I was comfortable with. Fortunately I've not needed to claim, so can't comment on the processing. Excellent account

The rewards are great - 1% cash back, 1% interest, 5% on round ups, good rate on savings, and no charges for using abroad. However, it's frustrating that the amount to pay in to qualify for cash back for existing customers has jumped up to £1,500. The app is simple and easy to use, though the refresh rate is a bit slow. Great service

Straight forward to transfer my pension, easy to use website, good choice of investment profiles, including ethical. Only downside is that they don;t facilitate employer pension contributions. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
