Still the best bank around!

I've been a Starling Bank customer for just over 4 years. They have a great, modern app that allows you to do all your banking on the move. There's no need to carry card readers - you have full control of your account via the secure app. Lots of features, including payee management, spending reports, separate savings spaces, foreign currency, digital cheque imaging and bill splitting with friends, to name a few! 24/7 support is available when needed. As well as personal current accounts, they also offer business and children's accounts. I'm a very happy customer and I recommend Starling to all my family and friends. Reviewed on: 6th January 2022

Great customer service

I don't often need to contact Customer Services, but whenever I've needed to speak to someone I've always have a swift reply on live chat, or my telephone call has been quickly answered. The agents are always helpful and polite, and always resolve issues quickly. Reviewed on: 14th June 2021

Simple investing with great returns

I've been a very happy Wealthify customer for a few years now, using them for savings for me and my children. They provide an easy, accessible way for anyone to get into investing. Choose a plan based on your appetite to risk and Wealthify take care of everything for you, actively managing your money to get you the best return. The app is simple but well laid out and it's easy to see how well your plans are performing. With interest rates at the lowest levels for many years, I would commend anyone to look into investing. Banking that makes running your business easier

Hassle-free, modern, business banking from your phone, tablet or desktop. Mostly no fees and, where they do apply, they are generally much fairer than other banks. The Business Toolkit takes things to the next level, with invoice generation and automatic matching to transactions, expense tracking, tax calculation, etc. I use Starling for both my Personal and Business banking and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family and colleagues. Best bank

I moved all my banking to Starling almost three years ago and am still a very happy customer. Unlike a number of other neobanks, Starling have maintained their free services for personal customers, including fee-free foreign spending, fee-free foreign cash withdrawals and no penalties for being overdrawn. They've also maintained a small amount of credit interest despite the low base rate. Over the last year, Starling introduced in-app digital cheque imaging. I have used the service and it's fantastic! Cashing a cheque is as simple as taking a photo and the money is credited quickly. My favourite feature has to be Spaces - the ability to create separate pots away from your main balance. I have over 25 set up and find them useful for a variety of reasons. It's a great way to save for things like holidays and Christmas, and a really good way to budget for things that are billed annually, such as Amazon Prime. I recommend Starling to all my family and friends. They have recently introduced children's spending cards (Starling Kite) and I look forward to seeing what innovative feature they bring out next!
