Monzo are very responsive when there is a need to be in contact with them. I have never needed to complain about them. When I have needed to update information Monzo are very friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026

The Nimbl method of helping children and young people to manage money, for us, has become such an effective way to provide “pocket money” for my children, whilst giving them simple access to spend their money.
