Fast, supportive and reasonable.

I found my experience with Zopa to be a pleasant one. The application was made online in a few simple clicks. The agents I dealt with first my email and then by phone were thorough and quick to deal with queries and the whole application was made as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend zopa to relatives and friends although I would of liked a slightly cheaper interest rate considering by higher than average credit score but wouldn't we all?
