Ethical, great customer service, future focused

I switched from HSBC earlier this year and I wish I had sooner. With HSBC if I wanted to talk to a human I would wait 20-30 minutes on hold. Triodos its 2-6 minutes. The app is easy to understand and the Account/app is quicker at recording transactions then HSBC. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2022

Fantastic bank that does not invest in anything that will do the planet harm. Great customer service and low wait times when calling. Its wonderful there are banks that actually invest positively! Reviewed on: 15th February 2021
