The Best Bank I've Ever Been With

My first bank was with LloydsTSB (as it was) and it was just a plain experience at first, but when I went to Uni (at an older age) I swapped to a Student Account, from that point on my experience with them went down hill until I switched to NatWest, again nothing amazing but eventually payments seem to take longer and longer to update in my account, this caused me so many problems financially, getting confused and lost to where my account was at... In the end I swapped to Starling and it has been the best thing I ever did, all payments are notified to me instantly and any up coming payments are also sent to me with plenty of notice, I've never been so well planned out with my ins and outs of my account... I've had no major issues and if I did have issues the customer service was sorting it out and had me back on track in no time. I would recommend everyone moves to Starling and away from high street banks as it's so much less stress. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
