Customer focused, the human touch

Having the face and name of the founder to tie to your bank brings back the human element that has been slipping away from other banks. It makes it more trustworthy and easier to get involved with. The app has great features, such as spaces to help you save for individual goals. It's simple design and clear colour scheme helps all sorts of users to navigate easily. And the ease of use when checking past expenditure, adjusting settings and card limits etc. With their blog and community focus, they also seem to be more on top of scams and everyday banking concerns than others.
