No nonsense banking that's got your back

Switched after a high street bank monumentally failed in a fraud case on my then account. Starling were amazing with setting up a new account, virtual card to spend immediately and actual card 2/3 days later. Just had some fraudulent activity on this account, the response was outstanding, card cancelled, new one ordered, no disruption to my ability to access money, virtual card to use immediately, new one in the post, threats being managed, all done thru the app. Just moved my business account to them as I've been so impressed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend d them. Best app I've ever seen, and can see who/what/when for all payments, and links to the location on your phone, if switched on. So many ways to combat fraud, knocks spots off my current...now old high street provider. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Hassle free banking

Great app to support everyday spending. Know exactly where I am and where every penny is spent. Fantastic with spontaneous purchases online when I haven't always got my card on me, the card details available in the app has been a godsend! About to move my business account as I've been so impressed. No hassle whatsoever, recommended to all my friends and anyone who will listen! Amazingly fast service

Live this bank, swapped after Santander locked all my accounts due to fraud, current account, savings, business and kids saver, didn't tell me, then heard nothing for almost a month and had no access to money in the meantime. As a business, this could have crucified me. My partner agreed to lend me some money, so I applied for a starling account on the Monday, had a number by Tuesday, an ecard an hour later and an actual card by Friday. Live the ease of use and knowing exactly where I am with the all. Instant notifications and login via my fingerprint. Puts santander to shame. As soon as I can I will be moving all my finances under starlings roof and have already recommended them numerous times. A no brainer! Well done Starling! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
