All you really need from your bank

Few years back now I moved to Starling from a traditional bank provider. I could not have been happier. the fact I can see where all my spend categorised allowed me to have a better grasp on my cashflow. Sending international payments isn't a headache either and can be setup literally within 5mins. I no longer worry about monthly statements or payment confirmation. The app keeps me up to date on all incomings and outgoings and their online customer service team has always been super responsive. I already forgot how long it used to take me to call my traditonal bank provider with a request for a replacement card etc. I could not be happoer to be your customer. If only intrest rates could be a bit more customer friendly eh? ;) Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Switched for modern banking experience

I switched from TSB to Starling in the midst of lockdown and it has been the best thing I could have done with my money. Starling account is sleek looking, smart and provides me with instant update on where my money is and what else I should be doing with it to make the most of it. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021
