It just works

I love being a Starling customer. They have highlighted the huge differences between modern digital banking and traditional banking. My banking is instant, never had any issues using the app, their communications are brilliant, everything is secure using the latest security technologies, I haven't come across any banking issues that have not had a solution found (e.g. depositing cheques, cash, lost card, etc.), customer support is quick, easy, helpful and knowledgable. Most beneficial to me I think is the accessibility. I don't have ridiculous hard copy paperwork to faff about with and I don't have to drive to visit a particular branch to achieve a relatively easy task. It just works! And they keep improving it!
