The 21st Century bank!

I opened an account with Sterling Bank as I had been searching for a bank that I could use when I visited Spain, which I do quite often. I just needed a banking card that I could use, just like I do in the UK, without thinking about conversions/rates or having to tell the bank when I was out of the country etc. So basically I was looking for hassle-free banking. It's my money, so why am I always made to feel as if the bank are doing me a favour? As well as a completely transparent UK account I also have the added benefit of a European account. No more worries about conversion etc. If I want to pay using euros I pay in euros direct from my Euro account. I can do almost instant transfers between accounts, so again no worries about delays in transferring of funds. I cannot recommend Starling Bank enough. Seriously the rest of the banking industry needs to fast forward out of the 19th and realise the 21st Century is here! Reviewed on: 24th January 2021
