Review of the Starling Bank, Current account:

Best decision made!

I absolutely love Starling. I’ve always had trouble with other banks and also having to travel to bank offices. Starling has made it easy to go to any post office. It’s a simple, clean, easy and secure set up. Since I do everything online, I’m glad that I found a digital bank. Their support/customer service excellent. They supported me with a supposed scam from online shopping and resolved it very quickly and efficiently - issuing my money back to me. I originally joined because I was looking for a savings account. I like knowin what I’m saving for. Starling has made it very easy to save and budget with the pots but also the notifications and reminders or everything happening with my account. Another plus is that I can combine all my pension pots into one with starling. I have recommended to all my friends and family. My only comment is I would like to apply for a credit card with starling but I am not sure if they do this. Reviewed on: 25th January 2021
