Clear, simple, transparent

The Ziglu experience is clear, simple and refreshingly transparent in what can be seen a confusing and possibly dark industry. The app is second to none, offers great products and when required, found the customer service to be excellent. Reviewed on: 9th March 2022

Fresh and clean

Breath of fresh air dealing with Ziglu. Simple but powerful App and on the occasion I needed some help due to a cash machine failing to dispense money, I used the help function in the App. Immediate response with an online 'human' chat to assist and even promised to keep an eye on my refund. True to their word they did and notified me when the refund appeared in my account. It's how it should be but rarely do you find a company that has such customer focus.
