Astonished

Having banked only with major high street banks since I left school I am astonished that I could have been so daft! None of them has ever impressed other than by their efficiency at making a quick buck, their total disregard of their customers' real needs and the ability of some them to say one thing and then do another - in other words to lie. With so many high street banks withdrawing from the High Street I thought it was time to look at the market; Starling seemed to be extremely well thought of so I moved my account. I have been astonished at how much easier everything seems - astonishingly good support and the app is fantastically good. I get notified of transactions before Mr Tesco can print my till receipt! Basically, I was astonished to find that old fashioned service still exists. Oh, and they pay me interest - not much, it has to be said, but I GET INTEREST! Totally astonishing!
