It's nearly there but for one thing.

I've used the app for ages. I like the interface and I like the way it works. Customer support is second to none. But...it doesn't support PayPal. (Still). Other apps do, so there is the means. It means I don't get an accurate picture of my finances as everything for PayPal is a "Transfer", not a categorised expense. I've voted highly for MoneyHub in the past but this time, I am holding back for this one omission. I'll keep using but PayPal is what the need to support. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023

Quick, efficient, clever.

Customer service is excellent with genuine 1 one 1 support. As with all Fintech, it works better once it has a decent amount of history. But this also means forecasting is very useful and a good heads-up. Only fly in the ointment: no PayPal support. Definitely worth the subscription. Reviewed on: 28th January 2022

Good range of tools.

Good to use and set up. Analysis tools are helpful as is ability to set up custom categories. If they added PayPal and if I could use it for my business accounts, it would be close to perfect. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Easy to use and great interface.

With 31st Jan approaching, I had been looking for a money manager to do my personal and sole-trader accounts on. I tried multiple different platforms but I have stuck with Moneyhub. It's not perfect: the website totes business use but I believe this is not available yet but will be in future. The website should be clearer on this. Also, not all institutions are available. PayPal is a glaring omission. Using manual accounts is possible but full functionality (automatic updating of balances) does not reflect the transactions held in the account. However, the interface is great. Everything is easy to find. The Transaction Inbox is a great way to deal with new transactions. The Spending/Income analysis is fantastic and detailed. The customer service is good with <24 hour responses to messages. Overall, there is more good than bad and the promise of further functionality means I will probably sign up to the paid plan at the end of my trial. Reviewed on: 28th January 2021
