Good until you need help

Initially I though go Henry were great. Until we had an issues with Nintendo debiting my sons card twice in which was clearly a duplicate transaction. Eventually Nintendo transferred the duplicate payment back to my sons card. Go Henry we helpful on the first phone call but when I asked them to try and get my sons money back as we were getting no response from Nintendo, they were totally uninterested, it took a further 3 shouty emails before they d even consider looking into it and then they said it would take 10 weeks. Never have I ever received such poor customer service from a bank. Reviewed on: 28th January 2021
