NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely dreadful! After finding a very competitive quote through a comparison site, we went on to take the policy. We have had nothing but trouble - three letters threatening us with cancellation - each time have rang them straight away and given them the information they have needed - yet another letter to cancel - another phone call - and so it goes on. Tonight, the final straw - yet ANOTHER letter to cancel - so I rang immediately - they said there was a 'spelling mistake' from a previous insurer on some information we had sent therefore it was 'void'. This information had first been sent through when the original policy was taken out and in no correspondence or phone calls has this been told to us until today - when they have cancelled our policy. the people on the other end of the phone were rude and, after going through all of this in detail, I said I wanted to complain - she asked what about?????
