Absolutely disgusting company

My property was hit by a car, i rang my home insurance (Lloyd's bank) and sent all the evidence, police report, and they came back with your policy only allows us to patch it up, when i told them but im not at fault and the drivers insurance will need to sort it they said this is our final decision and if you dont like it go and claim against the driver yourself, there rude, dont care about there customers, im counting the days till my renewal date so i can get away from them, i...
