Good app but suffers from server connectivity issues

The app and web site are good, but recent experience of the app has been poor and I was unable to complete transferral of funds from my current account to my child's Nimbl account due to server connectivity issues that resulted in error messages in the app and a failure to complete the transaction. I contacted the customer service number and was advised to use the web site instead whilst the error was investigated. I asked for a refund of this month's subscription payment as compensation for repeated failure of the app functionality and was promised this credit would be provided. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2021
