Really easy to manage

The easiest bank account to manage I have ever had. The app is very easy to use. They are really transparent about any issues they are facing (see their Twitter feeds, etc). So you know exactly where you are with them. I get notifications on my phone so fast it often beats the equipment in the shop, so the opportunity for fraudsters is really low. Any help from the company if there is a (rare) issue is really fast. Truly transformed banking. (And I'm an old man (ish) so am not easily impressed.). Reviewed on: 2nd February 2021

Starling are a breath of fresh air

Really easy to open my business account. My wife also has two business accounts, reflecting different trading names. Starling is refreshingly easy to deal with. Their advisors are prompt with replies in the (rare) instance of queries. So easy to operate, and manage. The app is a delight. Simple, straight forward, and clear. I have things set up to my accounts software, my direct debit system, and so on. Everything works smoothly and easily. Top drawer! Reviewed on: 2nd February 2021
