Friendly yet professional service

Customer service tailored to personal requirements (eg, text reminders). Easy to use app and no need for agents knocking on your door. When speaking to an advisor, always friendly and helpful (I have a phone phobia so lady was very sympathetic and took her time, ensuring I retained all the information etc). Obviously all these type of lenders have high interest rates but this company outshines them all in terms of customer care Reviewed on: 27th June 2017
