Always straight forward and helpful if I have questions!

I have been with Natwest ever since I started banking. I have heard many other people complain about their banking experiences and have always felt lucky that Natwest are a helpful and friendly bank. The offers of overdrafts and plans to pay these overdrafts back after graduating are very easy to understand and are realistic. This is where Natwest differs from other banks-many other banks seem to set unrealistic targets for graduates earning little on their new careers and don't always seem to understand what they are paying back or being charged on.
