Exceptional customer experience for current accounts from account sign up and KYC through every day usability. Scan to authenticate on web using the mobile app is an example of how a banking consumer experience should be and contrasts strongly with the legacy tech experiences of other banking providers. The best UK bank*

I have banked with Santander, Halifax, Nationwide, IF, numerous building societies and Starling stands apart from all of these on customer experience and ease of use. Not only is registering for account and getting up and running a brilliant expérience but their fees and all round value for money are typically class leading as well. Makes all other banks look dated and cumbersome at a stroke. Reviewed on: 7th February 2021
