Simple and easy way to teach kids money management

I wanted to teach my son a safe way to save money and use a prepaid card. He can see his money growing each week and decide what he wants to save or spend. I set tasks he needs to complete (homework, getting ready for school etc) so he can ‘earn’ extra money. He’s worked towards 2 targets already and planning his next item to save for. He felt so grown up (aged 10) buying me a coffee and I felt safe in the knowledge I can track his spending via the parent app. Win win! Reviewed on: 12th February 2021
