Ticking all the boxes: honest, ethical and quality banking

Yes we went to Triodos for their ethical finance position, but sine then we've found the personal service excellent, the app is great, web interfaces rich with features and advancing still. The charge (modestly) for a current account, but we're happy to pay this and know all the money is being used for good, and the cost of banking is not being creamed off us indirectly. Honest, friendly and ethical

A bank we're so happy to have moved almost all our accounts to. Their online service is excellent, and on those odd occasions where we need to speak to someone this is easy, not obfuscated, and we get the help we need. The open modest charging for the account is the honest way to go rather than bury the charges in other indirect ways. Best of all our savings also help ethical businesses trying to do good. With the big banks continuously skirting controversy this is a refreshing option. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
