A very good Bank

At first I was nervous about switching to an ethical bank. But it was very important to me to put my money where my principals are. It was a very good experience. The service, the app and the ethos — all spot on. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Efficient Banking, peace of mind in consumer choice.

The point of being socially conscious from the customer of a bank’s perspective is to carry on a sustainable way of working that benefits the people who use the bank as well as the area the bank is doing business in. The idea of sustainable banking isn’t new. But Triodos does what it says with honesty and integrity- it’s not just a marketing strategy. It’s a proper consumer choice for people who want to make a difference. I was skeptical at first that it would be competitive at the service level with bigger banks but I took a leap of faith having been with an original bank for 35 years. I wasn’t disappointed Triodos has the right App for my phone and the right phone service and communications for my needs. I’m also a part of the online community so I can see it’s investments in action in a future focussed world. This is the way of the future for banking as the world struggled for peace, stability, climate change control and ethical and moral obligation of large businesses. Reviewed on: 25th January 2022

I care about the way my money is used by my bank.

It’s a good feeling to know that one is supporting an ethical bank which invests in a sustainable future. I particularly have tried to avoid banking that invests in the arms trade or fossil fuel companies. The app is great and very easy to use. The fee is low (£3) and the telephone support has been absolutely invaluable when needing advice or help. So glad I found them. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
