The most responsible bank around

I switched to Triodos two years ago and feel sure it was the right thing to do. The service is as good as any other bank (including one of the best mobile apps), but equally important I feel my money is held by people who share my values. I can see the bank's money is being used for progressive and ethical purposes and there is a much higher standard of accountability and transparency in reporting to customers than my previous bank. If all banks were like this the world would be a much better place. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

A very welcome change

I switched to Triodos from Smile primarily because of the decline in ethical standards and the sell out to the US orivate equity ownership. I am delighted that the the transfer was so quick and efficient. I value highly the transparency of Triodos investment strategy and the reporting back to custoners. This should be the future of banking after all the scandals elsewhere in the "industry". Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
