The current account does all it needs to, ethically

The current account does all it needs to. The banking app is good, and whenever I need to contact the bank, this is not only easy, but a pleasant experience. The biggest upside for me is knowing that my money really is put to good use, supporting sustainable businesses across the country. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

A bank that uses my money in a way that fits with my ideals

Triodos are totally focussed on the positive impacts of their business, and in using my money in a way that is good for the community and good for the environment. The banking service does everything I need it to do, in a beautiful, no-fuss, way. There are genuine employees to speak to in-person, if necessary, and I'm treated like an individual customer, and not just a number. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
