Friendly ethical banking

I have been with Triodos for over 10 years for my business and recently a personal account. The knowledge that your money is in good hands both ethically and environmentally, they keep you updated where your money goes, who they lend too etc... I find their interface easy to use, with online banking and smartphone app. Never had a problem contacting them via phone - always getting a quick response and a friendly, helpful operator. Highly recommend, in fact a couple of family members now bank with them also. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
