Amazing customer service, they always sorted any issues in course due. Good internet banking and app. I feel my money is in safe hands with Triodos. Also, for me the environmental impact of my savings is quite important. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Triodos Bank always provides a reliable service, and their customer service is outstanding compared to other banks I had accounts with. Always polite and professional, they had sorted any issues straight away, I can only recommend them. Additional bonus is their transparency and sustainable investment in to communities. Great banking service paired with strong sustainability efforts

I switched to Triodos Bank current account 2 years ago and I'm delighted with the service, easy to use banking app and outstanding customer service with knowledgeable advisors who always managed to help me. Great sustainable banking service

I switched to Triodos Bank about a year ago from one of the major high street banks and I'm completely satisfied with their service and their commitment to sustainable banking business. Decent current account service
