Promptest customer service in the industry

Triodos is the only ban l I ever deal with who pick the phone up promptly and don't leave me waiting for 20 minutes claiming that my call is important to them. Their customer service is absolutely 2nd to none. The app is great. I really like the rebrand and I hope that they bring out more products as I would like to open a regular ltd company business banking account with them as well. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Triodos give great customer service

Proud to be a Triodos banker

I became disillusioned with the Co-op's green credentials so was very happy a few years ago when Triodos started UK Current accounts. Their ethos and philosophy is unimpeachable. The customer service performance is better than any bank I have used (quite a few over the years) - and much better than any UK utility company I have ever had to call as well. Almost instant access to very friendly cust servcs reps. Can't recommend highly enough and literally can't wait for them to open UK Business banking too, Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
