Great ethics, positive impact, excellent service

I bank with Triodos primarily for its ethics, and to ensure that my money has a positive impact. Triodos is properly transparent about how your money is used; this is no greenwashing exercise by a big, faceless financial institution. The account itself is great - easy to manage online or with a simple, easy to use app, or by phone with friendly real agents if you need to. The monthly charge is fair and helps ensure that those encountering financial difficulty aren't hit with extortionate fees - which is how "free" current accounts are funded at other banks. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who cares about making sure their money has a positive impact, or dealing with a fair and transparent company, or who just wants a decent current account! Great service and impeccable ethics

I've been banking with Triodos for several years now and their customer service has always been excellent. They have made several improvements to their app and website which have made them easier and simpler to use. And of course, the main reason to recommend Triodos is their impeccable ethical credentials - you know for sure that your money isn't going to be used to support unethical or environmentally destructive business practices. Real ethics, not greenwash, and great customer service

I am really happy with the service that Triodos provides. The website and app are both easy to use, and staff are easy to get hold of on the phone if needed. The monthly fee is a fair price for the banking service provided and helps ensure that free banking for some is not subsidised by charges imposed on others who can least afford it. And of course there is Triodos's truly meaningful ethical policies that mean that whether you have a current account or a savings account your money will never be used to invest in businesses and industries that harm people or the planet.
