We've been with Triodos for quite a few years and have been very happy with the service we get and they keep us informed of changes happening as well as info on where our money goes, which most banks do not do. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Very happy with Triodos

I have been with them for a few years now. Switching to them was very straightforward. The communication with them is always prompt when I have a question and they keep me up to date with messages about large payments in or out of my current account which I find helpful. I like to know my money is being used for ethical purposes as I want to do my bit for climate change. I also have my savings with Triodos Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Ethical bank works for us.

I have been a personal and savings account holder for a few years because I believe in a bank that invests in projects to help people and the planet. The account is straight forward and easy to use with no hidden charges and a strong ethical stance and great customer interaction. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
