Ethical bank, great customer service

Very happy with Triodos. Ethical provider, clear communications with straightforward / transparent charges and great customer service - friendly, caring and helpful. Proud to be a Triodos customer - Will never go back to ‘mainstream’ banks. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Great customer service

Whilst I have thankfully never had to claim, customer service on renewal and with interim queries has been great - phone always answered quickly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service advisers who take the time to ensure the policy is the right one. Reviewed on: 16th October 2022

Great banking experience with high ethical standards

I always get great customer service when I need to call, requests are actioned quickly and above all they are an ethical bank, which is the main reason I switched. Easy to use app and clear charges. I have recommended to family and friends and am proud to bank with Triodos. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Excellent customer service, ethical banking

Am very happy with service (friendly, knowledgeable team) and also the fact that Triodos are an ethical bank with a community spirit and focus on sustainability and equality.. won’t be switching back to any of the big banks. . Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
