Excellent customer service, transparent bank

Excellent customer service, transparent and reasonable charges, ethical bank who communicates well and regularly. Easy to use and improving banking app. Very happy customer - wish I had made the switch years ago. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2024

Great customer service

Have not had to claim but whenever I have needed to call to make any changes to cover or for renewal, calls are answered quickly, customer service advisors are friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 5th August 2023

Ethical bank, great customer service

Very happy with Triodos. Ethical provider, clear communications with straightforward / transparent charges and great customer service - friendly, caring and helpful. Proud to be a Triodos customer - Will never go back to ‘mainstream’ banks. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Whilst I have thankfully never had to claim, customer service on renewal and with interim queries has been great - phone always answered quickly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service advisers who take the time to ensure the policy is the right one. Reviewed on: 16th October 2022

Great banking experience with high ethical standards

I always get great customer service when I need to call, requests are actioned quickly and above all they are an ethical bank, which is the main reason I switched. Easy to use app and clear charges.
