Review of the Triodos Bank, Current account:

Great ethos but no human contact

I really love the ethics and ethos of Triados but they’ve made it quite difficult to use the bank and I think the monthly charge is high for what I receive as a client ... I don’t mind if it is supporting the planet but I’d like at least some human contact ... they sent me a letter saying they’d block my account because I had t used it ... I’ve been trying to use it but I can’t make any payments from it ... I just transferred most of my funds out from it because I’m worried I won’t be able to access my account if they block me ... I’m just a very small person who was trying to change the way I bank and they’ve made me feel I’d made mistakes ... I just don’t get it Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
