Brilliant bank, would never move anywhere else now.

Banking with Triodos has always been seamless, right from the switch and over the years. The website and app are well designed and easy to use, payments go through as they should, and if I need to speak to them I can call them up and get through easily. The people on the other end are empowered to take sensible decisions, and it's always very pleasant to speak with them. And it's great knowing that the organisation's integrity and commitment to ethical banking sits alongside this; indeed I think this approach is what results in the excellent customer service. Excellent all round

Switching was easy. The website and app are extremely easy to navigate. The level of security feels appropriate and is easy to use. Customer service is prompt and informative, delivered in a friendly way. It goes to show that an ethical approach doesn't need to be at the cost of professionalism, product or service.
