Beyond fantastic!

Great customer service . Easy to contact someone to speak to and when you do, they are knowledgeable and clear. I like paying a monthly.charge knowing I am paying for my.banking instead of some customers hanging to pay for those benefits that come with more exclusive accounts. I like the ethics and knowing that by using the bank invests in social and environmental change, I am also helping to make a difference. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Everything a bank should be

Triodos meets all my needs as a bank. It is ethical, it Keeps up to date with advances in online banking but also has someone on the end of the phone when you need help. They are prompt at answering and while waiting there is not dreadful music that makes you want to hang up. i pay £3.00 a month which feels honest instead of someone with more money getting perks and others paying for that. I would recommend any one to join - all banking should be this good and use money like this. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

A bank that is professsional, personal, ethical and well mannered

I cannot recommend this bank enough. To be helped to understand that even that a monthly bank charges is a way of levelling the playing field, was done with such grace and clarity ... and that is just the first conversation. refreshingly personal and professional

I have had such a good expereince banking with Triodos . I like paying a bank charge and not having them hidden in benefits to some but costs to others. I like knowing my money is impacting a wider social field and trust the bank to make those choices for me. I have had clear support and guidance at every stage technically when needed and the service has been phenomenal . I would recommmend this bank to anyone and everyone!
