Simplicity & Fairness

Zopa are really easy to set up, communicate with, find support, use the app etc. I have six credit cards and yet theirs is the most user friendly and accessible. They also have very fair interest rates and fees etc. Reviewed on: 14th January 2023

Really helpful and easy to use. The app is ridiculously straightforward and everything is laid out simply with no jargon or hidden costs. I’ve been with Zopa for almost a year now with no problems, I’ve even taken out a credit card with them too! Reviewed on: 17th February 2021
