Simple, straight forward transparent banking made fun. I only dabble a bit but I feel the communication and app is excellent. I also love the prize savings account - less to win than NS&I but you can withdraw and deposit instantly which works for me. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Finance simplified

The application process with Zopa couldn't be simpler and quicker, I have had many loans over the years and this by far has been the easiest. I love that I can access my loan details within seconds via the app, I can pay extra whenever I want and a soft search each month keeps me up to date on my credit status which is a bonus. the only thing I would like of course is a lower interest rate which would be the only reason to make me consider another lender. Straight forward responsible lending

Setting up my loan with Zopa was so incredibly easy and quick. The app is brilliant, giving transparency of your loan status. You can pay off extra amounts as and when, and your borrowing power is monitored on a regular basis giving you updates and potentially alerting you to an issue with your score which is a comfort to me as I worry about fraud..
