Happy Customer

I have been a Ratesetter customer for many years. Since the beginning I have been very impressed. The customer service provided by staff on the phone has been excellent (quick,helpful, informative). Searching for and taking out a loan is simple without being forceful. And managing the account on the excellent website which is effective and 'non-fussy'. In my view peer to peer lending is a more ethical way of borrowing money and that makes a big difference to me. Over payments at no extra charge encourages a healthier debt lifestyle. Ratesetter display a real customer focus in their communication and way of working. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017
