Excellent interest rates. App is great for instant access to your money and transactions at a glance and very user friendly. I had a problem and it was sorted very easily within a couple of days using the app. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Really easy to apply. Everything on the Zopa app at a glance and easy to navigate. Excellent customer service although all online was easy on the online chat. Great interest rates on savings accounts. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Excellent Service

Brilliant from start to finish. Got my answer immediately, downloaded the very easy to use App. You can pay off extra money or off in full with no penalties or charges and they show instantly how much you have left to pay. The only downside was my interest rate but that was due to credit score. Reviewed on: 17th February 2021
