Friendly,helpful people at the other end of the phone. Any problems sorted out efficiently. Paying companies/family/friends on your phone is seamlessly easy and money arrives almost immediately. Larger amounts can be paid too. A £3 a month fee is well worth it and i see it as a charity donation towards all the fantastic work Triodos does as an investor to small businesses both in Uk and abroad helping many projects get off the ground especially helping poorer communities .

Triodos has made a huge difference to disadvantaged people in the world by offering help, advice and affordable loans so that people can start their own businesses especially in the area of food production .It's great that people everywhere can set up their sustainable business and I know that my money is not being used to finance fossil fuel industries and the iniquitous arms trade worldwide.
