NOT THE FUTURE OF BANKING !

Been with the coop bank for 16 years. Nothing to shout about. Changed banks as I had noticed suspicious activity on my account. Coop did reimburse me but I lost my trust in them. They don't operate 24/ 7 anymore, yes I know we have the app. Changed to Starling app fantastic I can lock my account down so no one can use and balances really time. WOW ! WHAT AN AMAZING BANK ACCOUNT ! :)

I opened an account with Starling due to suspicious activity with my previous Coop bank account. The Starling app is absolutely amazing ! I can lock and unlock my whole account e.g. The use of : my debit card, online and Atm cash withdrawals, contactless payments. It lets me know when a payment has been taken. The balance is in real time !! You know exactly how much is available, it lists all the payments taken :- into groups groceries, bills and payments in. 110/100 I am very impressed, peace of mind knowing when you lock your account no one can use it - Thumbs up from me :) The Future of banking.
