Excellent service and communication

We get little correspondence and they only provide useful information when needed. I have had no phone calls or emails which are irrelevant to my product or service. When speaking to Zopa in person they are helpful, courteous and accommodating. Reviewed on: 11th April 2024

Best Flexible Loan Provider Ever Had

I have never had a problem with Zopa, this includes the application process, monitoring of my account online and review of current loan requirements. I never get calls or hassle from this provider which makes me want to stay. I would definitely recommend Zopa to others. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
