Secure, amazing customer support and features

It is very secure and yet easy to use, the team are always available to answer questions and it is super easy to contact them. When I use my Apple Pay I get notifications immediately, sometimes even before the shop completes the payment that I have paid for something. Lastly, I love that the exchange rate when paying for things online in different currencies is one of the best you can get. Just a great bank and app. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Easy to use, great support

The tool is so easy to use. Paying friends and family is easy to do and purchasing things in foreign currencies is great because the exchange rates are the best out there. When I have had an issue with a merchant the support team at Starling have been easy to get to and they have handled the situation amazingly always looking after my interests in the matter. Also love I can create separate “Spaces” to save for important things. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
